What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a link to track its status.

Can I change my order?
You can request changes only before your order has been processed for shipping. Once your order is marked as “Preparing for shipping”, “Shipped”, or “Delivered”, we cannot make any edits.

What if I’m not home during delivery?
Depending on your country and delivery provider:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery.

  • You may be contacted to schedule a new delivery date.

  • In some cases, you may need to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Do you accept returns?
